How this actually works

Most trust setups look smart on paper and then fall apart when real life hits. We want the opposite: a structure you can run day after day without guessing.

The test is simple: would this still make sense if someone who doesn't like you was reading it line by line?

A simple story of "before" and "after"

Picture a self-made owner in the trades or home services. The phone is ringing, crews are out, invoices are going out, money is coming in. On the surface, everything looks fine. There's an LLC, maybe a trust, insurance in place, and a CPA on speed-dial.

Underneath, it's messier. Personal and business spending blur together. Decisions that move real money are made over text and never written down. If someone asked what the trust is allowed to do and why certain transfers happened, no one could give a clean answer.

Now imagine the same business a year after working with us. Everyone knows what belongs to the business, what belongs to the trust, and what belongs to you personally. Big decisions are written down in a simple log: who decided, when, and why. When a bank, auditor, or attorney asks "Why did you do this?", you have a calm, consistent explanation backed by paperwork.

That's the difference a boring, explainable structure makes.

The three steps

1

Apply and see if we're a fit

The application asks what kind of business you run, how fast things are changing, how you think about taxes, and what's pushing you to act now. We're looking for real owners who have control over their income and are willing to follow a defined process. We also check for situations we know we're not built for: active lawsuits, emergency "hide it now" scenarios, and ideology-driven strategies.

2

We review and reply

Within a few business days, you get one of three replies: an invitation to a mutual fit call, a note that we're taking a closer look, or a clear "this isn't a fit" if your situation falls outside what we can responsibly handle. No hard sell either way.

3

Drafts, review, and signing

If you move forward, we draft your trust agreement, certificate of trust, and CPA Orientation Pack within 5 business days. You get two revision rounds, a bank/title formatting-revision promise, and a clear signing checklist. We confirm fit before any payment is collected.

The boring test

Every structure we build passes one test: would it still make sense if someone who doesn't like you was reading it line by line? If the answer is no, we redesign it. If the answer is "I don't know," we simplify it further.

This is what Jeff means by "the most boring structure ever." Boring is the point. Boring means no drama, no scrutiny, no issues, and no time wasted explaining things that shouldn't need explaining.
